Whether you approach us, or we approach you, the beginning of our relationship starts with an industry-standard ‘Letter of Authority’ (LOA). This crucial component allows us to request industry-held data such as annual consumption, metering details, current prices and half-hourly data plus much more. Without this information, you would be limited in what advice can be given.
Once we receive your unique data, our analysts will build a comprehensive picture of your business needs and configure the best option for you. After successfully qualifying your needs and requirements, a tender is sent to all relevant suppliers requesting live-market prices. Your account manager will present a comparison of findings and discuss which options would be of preference based on various factors.
Upon agreement, the supply contract, acceptance form and T’s & C’s will be sent to you and subsequently sent to the relevant supplier(s). Once received, our Admin Team will assess and process the paperwork and provide confirmation that this has been accepted by the supplier. This will be followed by a consolidation call to ensure we have all I’s dotted and T’s crossed.

Procuring for your supply contract(s) is only a small proportion of the work involved. Issues can occur meaning your time is now required to raise queries and solve problems. Our account management service will pick up these queries and concerns on your behalf.
